Geographers from Kansas State University have mapped the seven deadly sins using various statistical data by county. Full selection of sins available at the Las Vegas Sun.
(via Andrew Sullivan

I started at this for a long time and thought, ‘What is wrong with…Nebraska? No. Iowa? No. SOUTH DAKOTA!’ and then felt quite satisfied that I had remembered my fifth grade geography lesson.
But interesting that they call it a map of sin rather than a map of where people are obviously not taking precautions against STDs, which is not so much a measure of illicit sexual activity so much as irresponsible sexual activity, which are not mutually inclusive.
