Pickled turnips were my favourite favourite thing when I was 18 and in Montreal and addicted to shish taouk…but I hadn’t had them in seven years until last night when we made an impromptu trip to Le Comptoir for dinner. I was in pickled turnip heaven! And now, thanks to this brilliant blog, I will be making my own at home.
